Each purchase is considered complete upon delivery of the relevant goods/services by The Company and payment of the corresponding price by The User, as documented in an invoice or payment receipt.

By accepting this policy, The User agrees to purchase products (physical and/or digital) and/or avail services from the wide selection available on The Website, obliging themselves to pay the stipulated price for each good or service offered.

The User may choose products of their preference from The Website or become a member of our membership program, enabling recurring credit top-ups for exclusive benefits, as detailed below.

If The User fails to accept the product, they will be responsible for any associated expenses and assume the risk in case of loss or accidental damage to the product.

The User assumes responsibility for the products from the moment of delivery. The User will gain ownership of the products either upon The Company's receipt of full payment, including shipping costs, or from the moment of delivery, if the latter occurs at a later time.

2. Digital Products and Services

For products labelled as "licence keys" or "activation keys," please note that each user account is limited to one purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you do not receive these instructions, our customer services team is ready to assist you.

Enjoy instant access to digital products upon activation using the corresponding license key. You can obtain them through direct downloads from the website or via email delivery. Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are not permitted.

3. Return Policy

You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning purchased products within 14 calendar days from their physical reception unless otherwise specified in this contract. Please note that the Company may refuse partial or full refunds for returned goods if damages were caused by you or if the products are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been unsealed.

Once received and inspected at the Company's facilities or upon communication by you (if physical return is not required), returns will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by you. Depending on the circumstances of each specific case, the Company may apply a flexible return policy. If you paid part of the price in credits, this portion will be refunded in credits as well.

You must provide the Website and carriers with all the necessary information to complete customs formalities and provide the required shipment documents.

Promptly inform the Website if you detect any defects, damages, or abnormalities in the received product or if you receive fewer products than ordered. To validate a claim, provide a photograph of the erroneously received product or visible damages or defects. If defects were not immediately apparent, notify the Website as soon as possible upon detection, providing all relevant information and cooperation for investigation purposes. Note that products cannot be returned for a refund upon delivery or through a parcel office. Return shipping costs will be borne by you if you are not a member of the membership program and by the Company if you are a member. In all cases, returned products must be labelled "claim," unless it is a withdrawal without cause, in which case they should be labelled "return."

Amounts paid for credit purchases are non-refundable, even if not utilized within their validity period, unless the purchase resulted from a Company error and was not consented to by you. The return of a partially paid product with credits will lead to the refund of the used credits and, where applicable, the amount paid via another payment method, which will be reimbursed accordingly. If credits used for payment are refunded, you will regain a 30 days validity period to utilise them.

Please be aware that digital products (licence keys, e-books, etc.) are non-refundable once the software is activated or downloaded since the use of the digital product is considered contracted. You acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the digital product is accessible, unless defective.

4. Membership Program

Our loyalty or membership program offers Users a rewarding scheme of recurring purchases, allowing them to earn valuable credits that can be exchanged for goods and services at reduced prices on

Users who choose to join the membership program commit to purchasing the corresponding amount of credits or bonuses every 14 days, based on the selected membership plan from or other marketing offers. Membership can be easily obtained by following the outlined procedures on the Website or through the purchase of any product at the membership price, accompanied by acceptance of the program's conditions.

Switching between membership plans is hassle-free, as Users can select a lower or higher plan through their personal account. The change will take effect from the next automatic payment charge. Non-payment of the full membership plan price on the due date will automatically downgrade the membership to the plan immediately below, offering access to the basic membership plan with a recharge cost of €8.00 .

As part of their membership, users are required to perform an automatic credit reload every 14 days. For each euro recharged (or equivalent currency converted to euros), one credit will be acquired. The recharged credits will be promptly reflected in the User's personal account on and will remain valid for 30 days from the date of acquisition. After this period, any unused credits will expire and cannot be used for product purchases on the Website.

To ensure transparency, the User will receive a confirmation notification of each automatic credit top-up. Users have the flexibility to skip the next automatic credit recharge for their membership plan by selecting this option in their personal account prior to the next scheduled recharge.

To cancel their membership plan, the User must provide 14 days notice through the "Unsubscribe" function in their personal account or by contacting the customer service team. The cancellation will be effective and conclusive after the 14 days notice period.

Alternatively, users can opt for immediate cancellation without adhering to the 14 days notice by choosing this option in their personal account and conducting a final payment of 8 EUR.

When the membership is cancelled, the perks tied to being a part of the membership program cannot be used anymore. However, any credits bought can still be utilized until they reach their expiration date.

As part of our commitment to providing the best experience, offers trial periods for various membership plans. Users who do not wish to continue with the membership plan following a trial period must cancel before the trial ends to avoid future credit reloads based on the selected plan.

As a welcome gift, may offer free or reduced-price redeemable credits. The applicable prices and plans will be clearly displayed on and in marketing offers. These credits are subject to expiration based on the membership plan and the duration of the probationary period. Upon termination of the initial trial period, the provided free credits will also expire.

Our Company may extend promotional offers to member users, which may include discounts on the price of the first shipment of products. For promotional and marketing activities, may collaborate with third-party companies, and these collaborations may offer specific and distinct conditions from those outlined here and on the website.

5. Taxes and Prices
